Original Paintings
Original paintings purchased from Holly Wiederkehr Art are unique, one-of-a-kind creations. As such:
Original artwork sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds
Each painting is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality
Please contact us immediately if your artwork arrives damaged
Exchange Policy
We understand that art is a personal choice, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:
Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with proof of purchase
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, you may select another available piece from our collection of equal or lesser value
If choosing an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference
Store Credit
As an alternative to exchanges:
Store credit may be issued within 30 days of purchase
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue
Store credit may be applied to any available artwork or merchandise on our website
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
Contact us within 30 days of purchase
Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred solution
Our team will respond within 5 business days with further instructions
Shipping Damage
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damaged packaging and artwork immediately
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
Do not discard the original packaging
We will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly
Custom Commissions
Custom commissioned artwork is non-returnable and non-exchangeable
We will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure satisfaction
